MY LIFE SEEN FROM THE SKY

At certain moments, when we contemplate our present, our future, what we do with our days, and where we're heading, it can be useful to "gain perspective."
One tool I particularly like for this is life domains: I list and draw on a sheet of paper, in a circle, my activities and the time they intuitively, subjectively take. I identify what contributes to my well-being, my life goals, my satisfaction +/++, or -/--. Are the negatives ultimately in such significant proportion? Why do they affect me so much? What is missing? What pollutes me, what do I want to do more or stop doing? What do I want to add? I draw the same dream circle. What do I need to do to move from one to the other? What am I chasing from above? My action plan is underway...
This can also be applied to a specific domain, such as work, and to prepare for one's annual review, why not?
