PROGRAM 8-10 SESSIONS OF INDIVIDUAL, PERSONAL OR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

A journey to help you discover and develop your resources to reach your goal, whether it's personal or professional, life balance, career, stress, responsibility... We typically dedicate three sessions to delve into and validate your purpose, questioning the "why" and "for what," examining the "framework": alignment with your values, limitations, obstacles, beliefs, benefits, and aspirations, in other words, learning to know yourself better. The subsequent sessions are dedicated to finding resources, paths, validating possibilities, initiating and anchoring change. After several sessions, you'll know how to overcome encountered problems, regardless of when and where they arise, approach things differently, or move confidently towards your ambitions, respecting your essence.

MANAGER COACHING

A leader is thus a bit of a coach, sharing qualities of listening, empathy, empowerment, humility, integrity, and a quest for meaning. These are the conditions for the trust and collaboration of a team and its effectiveness, as well as its agility.

The coaching protocol I develop for a manager or a team is structured in 5 steps with associated behaviors and skills: Creating a collaborative relationship (listening, respect), fostering empowerment and autonomy (freedom), actualizing and recognizing skills by developing them (being aware of one's resources), valuing the collective and belonging (professional identity, team, project, company), inspiring, giving meaning (sharing values, contributing). What if we worked on 21st-century leadership together? Authentic leadership.

This is also what I have observed throughout my experiences. But how do we build the team's trust?

Working better together means knowing each other better, knowing our talents, developing our collective intelligence, listening to each other, sharing values, respecting each other, and many other things.

Similar to the "Appreciative Inquiry" approach, working on strengths and talents is often more unifying than the classical problem-solving approaches in terms of team cohesion and effectiveness.
